Can you tell me what NAT value can be set in this router? I saw here has many option.
The default 'classical linux hyrid NAT' type works for most cases, but if you are running SIP/uTP and others complex UDP based protocol, you may need change NAT Type to 'Full Cone' or 'Restricted Cone'. Remember this setting only effect UDP protocol.

How many NAT sesion does this router have?
16384 if using Hardware NAT, recommand enable Hardware NAT in WAN settings for best performance.
65535 if using Software NAT.

Can you tell me what is
Commit NVRAM content to Flash memory?
By default, any change of settings will write to NVRAM(a partition in flash) immediately, so that all settings will be restored after reboot. But you can change it to 'manual only', then use "Commit NVRAM to Flash' button to manual save your changes.

Router Internal storage  setting reset/Save?
Router Internal Storage is another partition(locate at /etc/storage) in flash memory, which could be used to save some extra files in the flash, these files will be restored after reboot.

Where does this router save the traffice history to?
In Internal Storage partition.

Tell me what function of each setting in this page
Can you tell me what is Internet Detector function below? Tell me each function of each setting please
All IP address and port in this page will be used to detect the Internet Access of your router, if your router has an Internet LED, the result of this page will be used to tridge Internet LED on/off.
