H大的老毛子固件 syncthing的启动问题求教

机子是360P2，带USB口，刷完固件后，配了syncthing，手机也下了，同步到USB盘也没有问题，有天抽风
把路由器的IP改了，syncthing不好用，再改了回去，syncthing就启动不起来了，下面的是系统日志，看着是找不到配置文件，
用putty连路由器grep  syncthing  没有搜索到，机器重新刷了固件，也启动不了syncthing
以下是固件系统日志，请大神指点下方向。或者用哪种方式重刷固件能启动。

配置文件已损坏 已解决，但同步速度极慢， 只有500KB左右
