无法访问web管理界面

给rt-ac58u刷了openwrt 18.06.1，设置好中继，发现重启后通过有线无线均无法访问web管理页面，运行
/etc/init.d/uhttpd start也不行。可ping通，可ssh、scp，中继正常，求解决办法。进程如下：

已解决。
uhttpd死活不能启动，重新安装luci也不行，就下载了https://openwrt.org/toh/hwdata/asus/asus_rt-ac58u里的snapshot版本的openwrt（不带luci）升级包，重命名为up.bin,用winscp放到/tmp下，在ssh下使用sysupgrade -F /tmp/up.bin升级。
升级完后安装Web管理界面Luci：
ssh下输入opkg update，开始下载更新；
输入opkg install luci，安装Luci；
输入/etc/init.d/uhttpd enable并回车，让uhttpd自启动；
输入/etc/init.d/uhttpd start回车，打开uhttpd服务。
报了4个错误：

* resolve_conffiles: Existing conffile /etc/config/uhttpd is different from the conffile in the new package. The new conffile will be placed at /etc/config/uhttpd-opkg.
* resolve_conffiles: Existing conffile /etc/config/rpcd is different from the conffile in the new package. The new conffile will be placed at /etc/config/rpcd-opkg.
* resolve_conffiles: Existing conffile /etc/config/luci is different from the conffile in the new package. The new conffile will be placed at /etc/config/luci-opkg.
* resolve_conffiles: Existing conffile /etc/config/ucitrack is different from the conffile in the new package. The new conffile will be placed at /etc/config/ucitrack-opkg.
在winscp下删除uhttpd等四个文件，然后将uhttpd-opkg等文件后的-opkg后缀删除。重启路由器，luci回来了
