小白求助无法进入lede界面

在通过xshell安装以下命令时
“opkg update
opkg install luci
opkg install luci-base
opkg install iptables
opkg install dnsmasq-full
opkg install coreutils
opkg install coreutils-nohup
opkg install bash
opkg install curl
opkg install jsonfilter
opkg install ca-certificates
opkg install ipset
opkg install ip-full
opkg install iptables-mod-tproxy
opkg install kmod-tun  #TUN模式
opkg install luci-compat”

系统显示opkg install kmod-tun  安装失败，然后卡在了opkg install luci-compat这一行好久，无奈重启了lede，结果开机后就无法进入lede管理页面，显示出错，错误信息如下

貌似路由器的功能还是正常的，请问各位大神，有什么办法可以进入系统界面吗？本人是个小白，麻烦各位了，跪谢！
