(已解决)刷官方Openwrt/Immortalwrt固件出现问题

从不死uboot其他版本OP刷IW 23.05.0-rc3按照https://www.right.com.cn/forum/thread-8299758-1-1.html教程刷机卡在第6步了，现在的情况是：
1、教程第5步完成后路由器自动重启，路由器有线无线都正常启动并跟电脑正常分配了ip，但浏览器输入网关地址没有任何web界面可以上传sysupgrade.itb 镜像文件并刷入
浏览器提示  网站暂时无法连接，错误代码 ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED；

2、尝试ssh可以登入、scp可以连接

4.尝试命令刷IM 23.05.0-rc3 sysupgrade.itb提示以下错误，itb文件无法通过此方式刷入
