新内核的并发多拨脚本，需要的拿去吧！

根据qqdwtypm的脚本修改的，打了最新版并发补丁的固件测试完美，再次感谢qqdwtypm的分享。
4530R固件推荐haxc的，hg255d推荐可乐的固件，其他机器改wan口网卡就是，默认是eth0.2。
/lib/netifd/proto/ppp.sh记得根据qqdwtypm的方法改一下拨号部分。

你这个和qqdwtypm 发的 4530R里的 pppoe-my 的这个脚本有什么区别? 另外问一下使用方法, 用你这个替换qqdwtypm 发的pppoe-my 其他方法还是和qqdwtypm 发的包里使用方法说明一样吗?

适配并发新补丁的，如haxc的固件，qqdwtypm用的是老版本的补丁用法稍微麻烦点。
