腾达CH21 砖机,TTL 能连接,能进CFE ,但是命令都没用,

腾达CH21 砖机,TTL 能连接,能进CFE ,但是命令都没用,
通电后 ,LAN3 的左右两个灯长亮 .  LAN4 左边黄灯长亮
有人能看懂是什么问题吗,
TTL 连接后,进入CFE,E A .清NV 什么的命令都没用,返回1

到这里就不动了,请问是什么问题,是不是硬件是问题,

重新刷固件

重新刷不了,P不通路由,CFE 下命令全都不能执行.
