请教128*2的DDR2内存激活方法。

如题，芯片已经焊好。但显示仍然是128M。请教怎样激活256M？芯片是K4N1G164QE-HC20。

原来128M的nvram信息：

然后就死机了。也就是说，没法刷DD了。各版本的都试过。只能用tomato了。有没有人知道这是怎么回事？
