求助,关于HG255D硬改内存的问题

已经刷好比较新的不死uboot,然后刚才硬改换了2块64M的SDRAM上去,开启不启动。
接TTL发现提示认不出SDRAM。
然后把64M的2块SDRAM焊下来换成2块32M的SDRAM。依然无法开机。

问题 解决了,原来是助焊剂的问题,用酒精清洗好板子正常启动了。

求助,我焊了2块64M的内存,为何ttl只能认出64M的内存啊?

3052的处理器只能支持到64兆吧 你查查rt3052f的厂家说明书吧 我看了就是这样 可以支持16或32位的内存
