现在 aria2 是不是凉了

最近发现aria2 不能完整的下载百度云的东西了。 大多数情况都是10%左右就会自动降速 然后停止。下一个视频要重启10次左右，电脑端也是一样的情况。
大佬们的aria2 也是这个样子吗？
