[N1盒子] 新版ADGuardHome设置向导（取代smartDNS）

ADGuard更新到新版后，支持dns结果测速，经过测试不管是国内还是国外都可以替代smartDNS，随便写写我的设置。个人配置：passwall+docker双开ADG。

#设置dns服务器为https://dns.google/dns-query、https://cloudflare-dns.com/dns-query，bootstrap设置为127.0.0.1:9053。  这个搞错没的？？？
