update 1.18.1-2:
修正一个非常坑爹的HTTPS问题

静态编译没有依赖，如果没有optware环境用7zip解压ipk也可以用。如果是单独使用，编辑好配置文件/opt/etc/aria2.conf，然后用/opt/etc/init.d/aria2 start启动。

满足libuv zlib libxml sqlite openssl c-ares全功能

安装以后就有aria2c命令。如果打算替换自带的，复制/opt/usr/bin/aria2c替换就行了。
