山东移动校园网netkeeper拨号失败，求大神指导。

用的miao1007大佬的拦截拨号脚本，在我宿舍拨号成功了，帮旁边宿舍装，出现了691错误代码，获取到了账号，但是就是无法连接，求大神指点。
