8230-4换8M的FLASH后死机,请大家分析下

8230-4 换上了8M 的FLASH后(是13脚悬空焊接到R214上的A21地址的那种),焊完后,刷坛子里的WRTSL54GS的CFE多个版本,均可正常刷进去,TTL均正常启动,然后TFTP多个固件,但总是出现死机的现象,TTL信息如下,请大家帮忙分析下,刷了无数次了,快要崩溃了.(本来4M的FLASH用的挺好,刚好手上有个8M的,一时手痒,给换了,结果就这样了)

可能是CFE不支持！换个支持8M的试！跳线是否以跳好

不行呀,坛子里能找到的CFE都试了一下,都卡在相同的地方,难道是这个FLASH不支持吗?
型号是ST的M29W640FB70N6E,板子从恩山购的,改的64M的RAM,刷的用的是brjtag 1.8 版本,很顺利的刷,TFTP也很顺利,就是启动卡在那,无解了

可他的板子没等问题解决就OVER了,真的是ST的8M的FLASH不行吗?

按照楼上的建议，换了一块spansion的s29gl064a90tfir30，重新刷，Tftp，一切正常，看来刷机还是非常挑芯片呀

应该是原先的FLASH有问题吧，我经常碰到CFE能写入，但是固件刷不进的FLASH

根据你所提供两个芯片来看是芯片的存储结构引起的，M29W640FB70N6E 是前面为boot区，而s29gl064a90tfir30是后面为boot区 你可以看看这两个芯片的DATAsheet。如果换成ST的芯片型号应是：
M29W640FTxxxxx 。
