众盟淘金版的tplink 4310无法刷机

2年前淘了两个众盟淘金版的tplink 4310路由器，其中一个正常刷机成原厂固件，另外一个使用SecureCRT连接后，文件头部出现乱码，无法看到Autobooting in 1 seconds信息，更改字体和编码都不能解决，大佬帮忙看下如何呢，下面是连接信息

修改波特率后已经显示Autobooting in 1 seconds出现后，输入tpl并没有中断路由启动（已经打开本地回显示，看到有tpl字母输入成功）后面也没有db12x>这个显示，这个如何解决呢？
