按住reset键再插电试试，后面的步骤都一样

我这边也碰到了，不过解决了，解决方法如下：
用小米路由器官方修复工具，按照它的刷入操作，将1.0.18的固件刷入，刷入即可。

刷入后再连接TTL按回车就会中断了
