求助smartdns的自定义设置问题.请大佬赐教!

在smartdns页面下方的【上游服务器】里填写了各种自己需求的dns后，我发现自定义里面有很多条DNS，如下

这里面的DNS条目我还不能删，删了就各种断网，不管国内还是出海都不行。我按照条目风格手动添加替换里面的DNS也是不行_(:з)∠)_（内心：玛德。）
这个意思是不是自己添加的DNS没用的？我看好几个帖子别人的贴图里自定义框架都没有DNS条目的。
求教这部分应该怎么搞才行？
自定义里面我看到group后面跟着的是fq_dns组，但是我自己设置的是world。这么说好像完全不靠边的意思？
而且我用pw出海的话，DNS分流选项，我选择smartdns添加国内分组cn后也是各种上不去网络。只能选择dnsmasq才行。用nslookup查看也是返回的一条IP，按说应该生效。

pw里的分流模式选择dnsmasq是否没问题？如果必须要选择martdns的话，cn分组上不去网，无论内还是外？要如何设置呢。

这是定制版openwrt，最好不要填自己的dns填了不仅不会加速dns解析反而降速解析，一般只要把爱国线路dns解析端口指向smartdns就可以，当爱国线路启动会自动调动并启用smartdns解析。
我说的你可以用ss plus+验证，只需要在dns解析方式选择使用本机端口为5335的dns服务。
这种定制的我遇到过，想按照自己设置的smartdns'方式来必须要完全卸载掉在重新安装才能行。。。。

不过再打扰一下，有没有非定制公版的那种op啊，但是我用esir的不管高大全还是精品小包都没有smartdns，就算我自己安装了也不运行。有点惆怅- -。谢谢

安装smartdns很简单，如果是x86下载smartdns.1.2021.08.27-1923.x86_64-openwrt-all.ipk和luci-app-smartdns.1.2021.08.27-1923.all-luci-compat-all.ipk这两个文件顺序执行安装，别搞反了
先把这两个文件用WinSCP拉近root目录下，在用putty执行opkg install smartdns.1.2021.08.27-1923.x86_64-openwrt-all.ipk和opkg install luci-app-smartdns.1.2021.08.27-1923.all-luci-compat-all.ipk，重启就好了
申明：samrtdns几个大佬都不默认打包原因是个人闭源软件有可能带来风险，需审视自身需求与安全风险斟酌安装使用。
